We’re delighted to welcome LATAM Airlines Group to TOUCH.  

On June 1st, TOUCH will take on the responsibility to support all of LATAM’s IFE content requirements, for all of their systems and routes, on an ongoing quest to continuously enhance the LATAM Play product experience for both single and double aisle aircrafts, from different countries in Latin America, including Brazil and Chile.

An intuitive passenger content website, an offer of flexible, customized and dynamic content packages processed through ABOVE’s Cloud solutions, and a content performance tool, TOUCH Analytics, that brings together analysis of content usage data and other airline data such as NPS, are some of the resources that TOUCH has lined up to deliver to LATAM’s expectations and vision.
